Facing East

Facing East is a land development, and custom home project in two phases. Photographed here is the land development completed in house that involved creating a private road, gated entrance, subdivision of land, covenants, POA formation, dock design and permitting, pond reclamation, forestry mulching, and utility planning.

Phase two involves design and construction of four single family homes on 2+ acres each, dock construction, utility install, and road completion.

Winter 2026, all available spaces sold, phase two commencing spring 2026.
